取代镀硬铬的应用 Application of substitution of hard chromium plating

  镀硬铬工艺过程中会产生重金属铬，人体吸收后对皮肤、眼睛、呼吸道造成严重损伤，具有致癌和诱发基因突变的危险。欧盟2017年9月21开始应用REACH法规，其目的是禁止使用包含重金属铬在内的有害物质，增加工人工作安全性。2016年世界表面精饰大会第一次在中国召开，各国协会共同倡导：从2021年起全球范围限制重金属铬使用。

  Heavy chromium can be produced in the process of hard chromium plating, which can cause serious damage to the skin, eyes and respiratory tract after human body absorption, and it has the risk of causing cancer and inducing gene mutation. The European Union (EU), which began to apply the REACH code in 21 in September 2017, aims to prohibit the use of hazardous substances including heavy metal chromium to increase the safety of workers. In 2016, the world surface finishing conference was held in China for the first time, and the associations of various countries jointly advocated the use of heavy metal chromium in the world from 2021.

对PIP技术替代镀硬铬的轴类零件，开展实验室测试、装机验证和第三方评估等应用研究。其研究结果为PIP轴类零件的耐磨性是镀硬铬轴类零件的2倍以上，PIP轴类零件的抗蚀性是镀硬铬轴类零件的5倍以上，并且PIP轴类零件不会产生氢脆和针孔等缺陷。解决了镀铬活塞杆无法满足海洋气候高耐腐蚀的难题。

PIP technology is used to replace the shaft parts with hard chromium plating, and the application research of laboratory test, installation verification and third party evaluation is carried out. The research results show that the wear resistance of PIP shaft parts is more than 2 times of that of hard chromium plated shaft parts. The corrosion resistance of PIP shaft parts is more than 5 times of that of hard chromium plated shaft parts, and PIP axis parts do not produce hydrogen embrittlement and pinhole defects. The chromium plated piston rod can not meet the difficult problem of high corrosion resistance in the marine climate.
